Club Rental: $50
Bag includes Driver, 3W, 5W, 4-SW & putter

I authorize Frio Valley Ranch to charge the above credit card for the rental fee of $50 per set on this day. I agree to return the rental clubs in the same condition in which they were received and will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred while the clubs are in my possession.

I also acknowledge that I will be liable to pay for any repairs to clubs broken during my rental. If any club is lost or unrepairable, I accept the following replacement costs:
Woods: $250

Irons & Wedges: $150

Putters: $175

Bags – $225
